Where do we deliver?

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. Below is a guide to delivery estimates depending on the type of product you are ordering. If you have a question or require a product urgently, please contact us using the details below and we will do all we can to help.


For whole hops and hop pellets from the 2015 and 2016 crop years and any other product not listed below

If we receive your order by 12 noon (UK time) on a working day, it will be processed and dispatched on the same day. An email will be sent advising that your order has been dispatched.


For hops and hop pellets from the 2013 and 2014 crop years

Deliveries should be dispatched within 5 working days from the placing of an order.


Advanced Extract Products

These products are often made to order and can require a 14 working day lead time for production. We will endeavour to dispatch as soon as we are able. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date once an order has been placed.


Working days are Monday - Friday 9am-530pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

All courier and pallet deliveries require a signature and if delivery is not possible then a calling card will be left and the delivery company will retry the next working day.

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. Please note during busy periods, e.g. public holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter it may take a little longer to receive your delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Order collection is only available for UK customers.

We will advise you of the date when collection can be made once the order has been placed. Collection is between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. Please call +44 (0) 800 107 5073 quoting your order reference number to let us know when you will be collecting your hops

(Once you have turned into Hop Pocket Lane, we are the large beige warehouse style building immediately on the left)

Please park in the main car park situated at the front of the building.


How much will delivery cost?

For European orders please be aware that the delivery costs are subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate. While we keep the prices as up to date as we are able to, there may be times when the charged rate is different. Please contact us to receive an accurate quote.
